  • Provide technical support on queries in franchisees locally, internationally, and in corporate offices.
  • Register, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and requests using service management systems through to resolution.
  • Assist in identifying and diagnosing underlying causes to recurring problems.
  • Coordinate requests for application enhancements from the business and escalate accordingly.
  • Document and update Application Support procedures and instructions.

As a successful candidate, you will bring experience from a similar IT-based role where you have consistently delivered exceptional customer service and demonstrated a passion for achieving excellent outcomes. You will also have a strong understanding of IT Service Management systems and experience in supporting business management solutions (ERP), preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
