About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive business transformation and HR excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on Chain of Responsibility and WH&S frameworks, develop and implement People and Culture strategic operational plans, and ensure the organization's reputation as a leader in safety.

This role requires a commercial thinker with exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence and advise at executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management of the HR function.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor People and Culture strategic operational plans.
  • Ensure and manage the organization's reputation as a leader in safety.
  • Drive innovation through restructuring organizational processes.
  • Achieve safety and equity in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a senior HR professional at executive level.
  • Track record in developing and implementing HR strategic plans that includes safety and culture.
  • Sound knowledge of policy analysis, strategy development, and organizational development and resource planning.
