Complex Case Manager

The University of Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled Complex Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing students with complex needs, coordinating internal and external support services, and contributing to the University's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate support services for students with multiple and complex needs.
- Provide leadership on managing serious student incidents and complex cases.
- Contribute to the University's strategic objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to team members.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.
- Registration with a relevant professional organisation (e.g., AASW).
- Extensive experience in case management for students with complex needs.
- Experience in managing serious incidents and crisis intervention.
- High-level analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and establish effective partnerships.
- Proficiency in computing skills and effective communication abilities.
- Occasional after-hours work for incident response.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Certificate.
