- Provide leadership on managing serious student incidents and complex cases, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective partnerships and provide clinical supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless support services.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.
- Registration with a relevant professional organisation (e.g., AASW).
- Extensive experience in case management for students with complex needs.
- Experience in managing serious incidents and crisis intervention.
- High-level analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and establish effective partnerships.
- Proficiency in computing skills and effective communication abilities.
Special Requirements
- Occasional after-hours work for incident response.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Certificate.
