
HR Administrator Coordinator

The role of the HR Administration Coordinator is to provide high-quality support to the People and Culture team, as well as all business units across the Organisation.
- Manage and prepare employment contracts, agreements, and letters.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements for new and existing employees.
- Work closely with the Business Operations Manager - HR on recruitment, HR reporting, and other tasks as required.
- Coordinate employee uniforms and maintain a uniform register.
- Assist with employee onboarding, compliance checks, and setup of new employees in collaboration with the Recruitment team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent administration and reporting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently.
This is a full-time opportunity based at Woolloongabba. The successful candidate will be working as part of our Head Office Team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the HR Inbox to action/respond to HR queries as the first point of contact.
- Prepare employment documents, including contracts, agreements, and letters.
- Manage compliance requirements for employees, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation.

- Coordinate employee uniforms and maintain a uniform register.
