Key Role in HR Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified administrator to join our dynamic HR team, providing key administrative support across various functions.

As the initial point of contact for our HR team, you will provide exceptional customer-focused service to internal and external clients, alongside the following primary responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate data insights on HR-related activities
  • Coordinating comprehensive orientation and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Undertaking administrative duties as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with prior experience in a clerical or administrative position, who can maintain confidentiality, is proficient in Microsoft applications, and possesses proven time management and organizational skills. A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary is essential.

Nice to Have

Previous experience within a healthcare setting and proficiency in electronic HR systems would be advantageous.
