We are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide additional support during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with recruitment, including advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Draft and issue employment contracts
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding policies and entitlements
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Skills and Experience
  • Previous HR administration experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • HR-related qualification or certification is desirable
  • Experience with TechnologyOne and PageUp (highly desired)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and show initiative
