About the Role:

- Lead initiatives to make Australian football more inclusive and accessible for people with disability.">
- Support participation and program workforce around the country with effective strategies to engage and connect with people with disability.">
- Build relationships and partnerships with relevant departments and external partners to support program delivery.">
Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction on initiatives to increase accessibility in Australian football.">
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and connect with people with disability.">
- Build relationships and partnerships to support program delivery.">
- Work with stakeholders to develop plans to build staff capability in delivering programs for people with disability.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Strong knowledge, experience, and understanding of types of disabilities.">
- 5+ years of experience working with people with disability, including modifying sport to remove barriers to participation.">
- Demonstrated experience partnering with diverse stakeholders.">
- Valid Working with Children Check.">
