Key Responsibilities- Mentor and coach junior consultants on projects and implementations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives, and develop system configurations that meet their needs and increase their knowledge.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget and deliverables are met.
- Accurately track and report time and expenses, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Participate in weekly internal meetings, contributing to the success of the team and the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience.
- Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- 5-10 years SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5-10 years HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
