SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Principal Consultant, Professional Services Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Principal Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Rizing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading implementations for our customers, providing quality control of client deliverables, and supporting presales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach junior consultants on projects and implementations.
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives.
- Develop system configurations to satisfy clients' needs and increase their knowledge.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects assigned.
- Assist with preparation of training materials and teach customers how to utilize the system.
- Work with project managers to ensure project stays within budget.
- Accurately track and report time and expenses.
- Participate in weekly internal meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience.
- Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules.
- 5-10 years SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5-10 years HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Completion of multiple SuccessFactors or related projects.
Work Environment
- Works within a professional office environment.
- Will be required to travel to client locations.
