SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert

About This Role
Rizing, a leading provider of SAP consulting and implementation services, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Principal Consultant, Professional Services to join its Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach junior consultants on projects and implementations.
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives.
- Develop system configurations to satisfy clients' needs and increase their knowledge.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects assigned.
- Assist with preparation of training materials and teach customers how to utilize the system.
- Work with project managers to ensure project stays within budget.
- Accurately track and report time and expenses.
- Participate in weekly internal meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience.
- Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. 5-10 years SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5-10 years HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
