SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Expert Lead

Rizing is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Principal Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This role involves leading implementations for clients, providing quality control of deliverables and supporting presales, as well as offering functional expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors' products.
This position requires a deep understanding of the company's software solutions and the ability to represent the brand through presentations within the organization and externally. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting and 5-10 years of HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company. However, please note that this figure is only an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and coaching junior consultants, creating high-quality demonstrations and presentations, gathering and analyzing client business requirements and objectives, developing system configurations, and adhering to software implementation standards and best practices.
Additionally, this role requires certification in two or more SuccessFactors modules and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will also possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
