We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our centre's journey towards excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, providing leadership and mentoring to staff, and ensuring high-quality early learning programs are delivered.

About Your New Role
  • Manage centre operations in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to staff members.
  • Ensure that high-quality early learning programs are implemented by passionate educators.
  • Effectively manage staffing rosters to meet business needs.
  • Maintain control over centre finances while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Promote high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Attract, convert, and retain families through effective tour management, enrolments, and orientation.
About You
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP), first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lead and mentor a team of qualified professionals.
  • Will to undertake ongoing professional development training.
