Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance and mentoring to staff, foster high-quality early learning programs, and efficiently manage staffing rosters.

About Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to join our team as we continue to innovate and improve our services.

You will be responsible for managing the financial requirements of the centre within budget guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, staff, and other stakeholders.

About You
  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified professionals.
