Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

This role presents a unique pathway for career advancement, with tailored mentoring and the autonomy to develop your leadership style.

We seek an experienced Early Childhood Professional to join our management team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Centre Manager and work in conjunction with existing staff.

The safety and wellbeing of all children and young people are paramount to us. We understand our responsibilities and statutory duty of care, and are committed to raising awareness about child safety within our organisation and communities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
  • Managerial experience in Early Childhood settings
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework
