Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Director to lead our centre in delivering high-quality early learning programs and day-to-day operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to take charge of the centre, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to all staff
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering high-quality early learning programs
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure financial sustainability of the centre through effective management
  • Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholders
About You

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA is required. Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting is essential.

You will also require current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications. An extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is necessary.
