As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education programs and practices to children aged 0-5 years. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Classroom Effectively: Manage a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Deliver High-Quality Education Programs: Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practices in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Contribute to Centre and Business Plans: Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education: A diploma in early childhood education is essential for this role.
  • Working with Children Check and First Aid Qualification: Current working with children check and first aid qualification are required.
  • Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards: Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is necessary.
