About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and safety
  • Manage restaurant operations during peak periods, including staffing, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or retail environment
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong understanding of operational systems, including cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
