Holiday Inn is seeking an experienced Senior Night Operations Manager to oversee the hotel's night operations and ensure guest satisfaction during the overnight shift.

About the Role:

The Senior Night Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night shift. This includes supervising and providing guidance to the night staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Assist with the check-in and check-out of guests, including handling any guest complaints or issues that may arise.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and provide guidance to the night staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent service to guests.
  • Hotel Operations: Ensure that all hotel departments are operating efficiently and effectively during the night shift.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training new employees and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Guest Feedback: Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback on various platforms.
  • Night Audit: Assist with the preparation and execution of the night audit process.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff and guests.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Availability: Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
