About This Role

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in driving a customer-obsessed culture, overseeing day-to-day operations, and creating unique customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  2. Effectively handle guest concerns and take proactive measures to guarantee memorable moments.
  3. Maximize room revenue through yield management meetings and implementing Revenue Management strategies.

Your Requirements

  • A service-focused personality with prior leadership experience.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is highly desirable.
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey thoughts and actions clearly.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire your team.
