About This Role
As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in driving a customer-obsessed culture, overseeing day-to-day operations, and creating unique customer experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Effectively handle guest concerns and take proactive measures to guarantee memorable moments.
- Maximize room revenue through yield management meetings and implementing Revenue Management strategies.
Your Requirements
- A service-focused personality with prior leadership experience.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is highly desirable.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey thoughts and actions clearly.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire your team.
