We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining a strong presence on the Front Desk and ensuring the Front Office department operates efficiently and effectively.
This involves managing the Front Office and reservation teams to enhance performance and achieve business objectives and service standards.
A key aspect of this role is monitoring and continually improving the guest experience and customer expectations in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain a visible presence on the Front Desk at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a resort environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and profitability.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or as Front Office Manager of a large hotel/resort.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a great team in a fast-paced resort environment.
- Strong understanding of department budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
