Key Role Responsibilities

The role involves real estate investment opportunities underwriting, market and deal research, and supporting senior team members on transactions, business plans, and strategy.

You will be working as part of a team and could be based in Singapore or Sydney. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, modelling, and data interpretation.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Financial analysis of various real estate investments, including cash flow modelling, financing assumptions, tax implications, IRRs, output sensitivities etc.
  • Research to support key underwriting assumptions.
  • Analysis and interpretation of real estate, economic and public company data.
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes.
  • Ability to work well within a team, coordinating with senior team members and external advisors.
Person Specification

We are looking for candidates with approximately 4 years + experience in investments, preferably with an investment banking or real estate fund background.

Candidates should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and have experience of building financial models, preparing presentations and undertaking research.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external professionals are essential. Potential to develop industry network and contacts with peers over time and represent the company in the Asia or Australian market is also required.

Team player; self-starter; diligent, able to take initiative and work in a dynamic environment; professional and positive attitude are important qualities for this role.
