Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and farewell to members and guests
  • Monitoring club access and security
  • Handling questions, complaints, and feedback
  • Explaining our Judgement Free Zone philosophy
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Conducting tours and selling memberships
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling
  • Scheduling personal training sessions and activities
  • Maintaining front desk operations and cleaning areas
  • Performing regular walk-arounds and restocking supplies
  • Supporting new team members and promoting a positive work environment

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Customer service experience or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Fitness (advantageous)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children clearance (NSW & VIC) or Blue Card (QLD)
  • Recent National Police Check (within 12 months)
