Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Professional.

Job Description:

As a Fitness Professional, you will play a crucial role in creating personalized exercise programs for members based on their experience, medical background, and goals. You will be responsible for submitting workout logs and programs to the General Manager for review and assisting at the front desk during non-training hours with memberships, cancellations, club tours, inquiries, cleaning, and restocking.

You will also be required to inspect equipment for malfunctions or damage and report issues, as well as lubricate equipment weekly. Additionally, you will monitor the '30 min Express' area for appropriate use.

Certifications: Certificate 3 & Certificate 4 in Fitness; proof required or working toward certification. Must be certified within two months of hire if not already certified. Prior supervisory experience or 3-5 years in a similar role preferred. Fitness background and gym experience preferred. Certifications from an approved Australian Fitness Provider; proof required. First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks. WWC (Working With Children) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD from start date. National Police Check within the last 12 months.
