Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging land-based and aquatic fitness classes tailored to all fitness levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and casual users.
- Assist with membership sign-ups and inductions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Offer guidance and feedback to members on the safe use of equipment.
- Set up and pack down of equipment for classes.
- Contribute to promoting membership growth and retention through effective engagement strategies.
- Support the maintenance of gym equipment and facilities.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security within the facility.
- Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on industry developments.
- Comply with relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain currency of qualifications relevant to the position.
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness or equivalent.
- Current CPR Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
- Current First Aid Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
- NSW Working With Children Check Clearance.
- Qualifications in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Aqua Aerobics (Desirable).
