Job Title: Fitness Professional

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Professional.

  • About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized exercise programs, training members during PE @ PF sessions, submitting training logs for review, handling front desk duties, inspecting equipment, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized fitness programs for members based on their goals, health, and experience.
  • Conduct engaging and effective PE @ PF sessions, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate records of member progress and submit regular reports for review.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the gym is well-maintained, cleaning equipment, and reporting any malfunctions to management.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, or working towards certification.
  • Prior supervisory experience or 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Fitness background and Australian Fitness Provider certifications.
  • First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks.
  • National Police Check within the last 12 months.
