Health and Wellness Professional Leader Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the health, fitness, and leisure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of a gym and providing health and wellbeing offerings to patrons.

  • Create and deliver a range of fitness activities and programs for customers.
  • Oversee instructors and program providers to ensure compliance with industry best practices and excellence in customer service.
  • Engage with customers, solicit feedback, conduct fitness assessments, and create personalized exercise programs to support their health and fitness journey.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in the fitness industry, and qualifications in areas such as yoga, pilates, and aqua aerobics. Additionally, they will have current CPR accreditation, first aid certification, AusREPS registration, and a class C driver's licence.
