Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and mentor teams effectively in blast operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate personnel and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Ensure employees are aware of changes and competent to carry out tasks.
  • Provide technical advice on blast operations and deliver training as required.
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted shotfirers ticket is essential.
  • Proven experience as a blast supervisor or similar role is highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience in open pit mining within a Nickel, Copper, Gold, Lithium, or Iron ore background is preferred.
Skills Required
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of blast operations.
