Project Foreman

We are seeking a skilled project foreman to lead a large-scale construction project, utilizing your expertise in rammed earth methods and carpentry.

  • Manage and lead a sizeable team of contractors through the project completion.
  • Perform high-level carpentry and formwork tasks, demonstrating exceptional expertise in rammed earth construction methods.
  • Effectively interpret and implement architectural plans, ensuring accurate execution of the construction process.
  • Create and maintain product schedules and safety protocols to ensure deadlines are met, and the site is kept to industry standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the project manager to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of experience in formwork carpentry.
  • Demonstrated experience in carpentry and formwork, particularly in rammed-earth construction. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
  • A basic understanding of steel fixing and concreting practices.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have your own tools inclusive of a hammer, circular saw, nail bag, level, and tape at the very minimum.
