Senior Construction Supervisor Wanted
A busy construction company is looking for an experienced senior construction supervisor to oversee the delivery of large-scale projects in Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with experience in coordinating and supervising all construction activities. They must ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, as well as overseeing the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project.

  • Assist the site manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor project progress and report to the site manager on a regular basis
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles

Requirements:
The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience as a foreman delivering projects in excess of $50m
  • Previous experience with a Tier 1-2 construction companies
  • Experience with finishes and facade on previous projects
  • Good proven tenure at previous companies
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects
  • A can-do attitude and good work ethic
