Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all construction activities
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies
  • Oversee excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives
  • Lead site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager regularly
  • Mentor junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles
Requirements:
