Experienced Senior Site Supervisor

A busy Tier 2 builder is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities including excavation, structure, and finishes phases.
  • E nsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects in excess of $30m.
  • Previous experience with a Tier 1-2 construction companies.
  • Have experience with finishes and facade on previous projects.
  • Good proven tenure at previous companies.
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects.
  • A can-do attitude and good work ethic.
