Senior Private Funds Administrator

This position plays a pivotal part in Private Capital operations, necessitating close collaboration with the Head of Private Capital Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and providing banking services as per the Administration Agreement, as well as overseeing a team of fund accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Fund Administration team of accountants in achieving their objectives.
- Oversee the calculation and maintenance of the fund's Net Asset Value and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate and support client requests and their resolution.
- Manage the processing, record-keeping, and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers of shares/units, investment activities, and related payments.
- Prepare and review client reporting.
- Compute carried interest, waterfall, performance, and fees.
- Organize onboarding & offboarding activities.
- Monitor the Service Level Agreement and supervise the internal control framework.
- Participate in projects and system enhancement activities.
- Report to the Head of Operations and support company and team activities.
- A qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and accounting, particularly in alternative fund structures.
- Experience with LPA / Prospectus and supporting documentation.
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to foster and maintain strong interpersonal relationships both internally and externally.
- A team player capable of managing personal responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of e Front Invest is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in similar Private Capital fund administration functions.
