About the Position

As part of our Private Capital operations, this role works closely with the Head of Private Capital Operations to cover administration and banking services as per the Administration Agreement. You will supervise a team of fund accountants.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead the Fund Administration team of accountants">
  • Responsible for the fund Net Asset Value calculation and maintenance of the Accounting Book of Records">
  • Coordinate and support client requests and their resolution">
  • Coordinate and review the processing, record keeping, and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers of shares/units, investment activities, and related payments">
  • Coordinate and review preparation of client reporting">
  • Coordinate and review computation of carried interest, waterfall, performance, and fees">
  • Coordinate and organize onboarding & offboarding activities">
  • Monitor the Service Level Agreement and supervise the internal control framework">
  • Participate in projects and system enhancement activities">
  • Report to the Head of Operations and support company and team activities">

About You

">
  • ">
  • Qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and accounting, especially in alternative fund structures">
  • Experience with LPA / Prospectus and supporting documentation">
  • Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills">
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills">
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong interpersonal relationships both internally and externally">
  • A team player capable of managing personal responsibilities">
  • Working knowledge of eFront Invest is considered an asset">
  • Previous experience in similar Private Capital fund administration functions">
