Job Opportunity: Senior Private Capital Fund Administration Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the end-to-end administration of private capital funds. This key leadership role within our operations team offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, contribute to strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact.
About the Position
- Lead and Manage Team
- Oversee NAV Calculation and Accounting Book of Records
- Act as Primary Point of Contact for Client Requests
- Coordinate Capital Activity Processes
- Supervise Investment Activity Processing and Related Payments
- Oversee Client Reporting
- Manage Performance Fee Calculations
- Coordinate Onboarding and Offboarding of Funds and Clients
- Monitor Service Delivery and Maintain Internal Control Framework
- Participate in System Enhancement Projects
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in Financial Services Industry and Accounting
- Strong Understanding of Fund Documentation
- Solid Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP Accounting Standards
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Attention to Detail and Analytical Thinking
- Collaborative Mindset with Ability to Build Strong Relationships
- Proven Ability to Manage Responsibilities Independently
