Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Office Manager
">About the Role:
">- This is an exciting opportunity to manage the strategic and operational activities of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
- You will mentor, grow, and manage your high-performance team and collaborate with partners to define innovative solutions that contribute to delivering health priorities.
- You will be a point of contact for stakeholders engaging with the OCOO on matters related to change management and projects.
- You will monitor and report on the progress of goals and objectives outlined in strategic and operational business plans.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
">- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with stakeholders across all different levels of the health sector.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing politically sensitive and complex reports, submissions briefing notes and other highly confidential documentation related to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
- Rigid analytical and problem solving skills to deliver strategic advice to stakeholders and executive management.
