Chief People Officer for Employee Experience

Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Chief People Officer to lead our employee experience team. As a strategic partner, you will drive the development of our people strategy and ensure it is aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of our people strategy and ensure it is aligned with our business goals
• Drive the implementation of HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and career development
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
• Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
• Provide expert advice on employment law and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading HR teams and developing successful people strategies
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and employees
