  • You will facilitate early access to suitable rehabilitation, enabling injured claimants to achieve the best possible recovery.
  • You will provide top-notch customer service, acting as a vital link between the legislative authority, employers, injured workers, brokers, and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and efficient processing.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in Workers Compensation claims, backed by a strong track record of delivering results.
  • A genuine sense of compassion and empathy for our customers, understanding their unique situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling you to build rapport, convey complex information, and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
