Operational Business Improvement Leader

The role of Operational Business Improvement Leader is pivotal in driving impactful initiatives across our Healthcare sector. As a results-oriented leader, you will partner with operational teams to develop and implement business improvement initiatives and programs within Compass Hospitals.

This role requires a commercially experienced leader with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and implementing process improvements, reviewing and enhancing operational procedures, developing and leading service initiatives, conducting cost improvement assessments, and engaging stakeholders to promote awareness and drive cultural change.

  • Drive business performance improvement through process enhancements and initiative development.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement business improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and lead service initiatives aligned with organisational strategy and sector goals.
  • Conduct thorough cost improvement assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Promote awareness and drive cultural change focused on good service and business efficiency.

Essential qualifications include 5+ years of operational experience in a leadership role within a hospital environment, demonstrated experience in driving business performance improvement, and strong commercial acumen. Desirable qualifications include tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, understanding of PPP environments, and experience in managing sub-contracted services.
