We are seeking a Change Manager to play a crucial role in driving business improvement through change initiatives.
- This is an opportunity for a results-driven professional to support multiple change initiatives, providing expert advice to portfolio leaders on scope, change impact, resourcing, and scheduling.
- The successful candidate will analyze the environment, scope, and define the change across multiple initiatives to ensure outcomes and expected change impacts/benefits are clearly articulated.
- You will develop and manage the change plan to deliver agreed capabilities and realize customer and business benefits within agreed scope, time, and budget.
- In this role, you will partner with internal teams and establish clear accountabilities to ensure required change capability is available.
- Support multiple change initiatives and provide advice to portfolio leaders on scope, change impact, resourcing, and scheduling.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Business-related field or PROSCI with relevant experience in managing highly complex change initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully improving businesses through change management and transformation.
- Domain and product experience within financial services or related industries.
