We are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Strategist to manage a portfolio of high-value initiatives ensuring our processes and delivery strategies remain future-ready and industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to understand and manage priorities and constraints.
  • Develop the Business Performance & Improvement Plan(s) to ensure optimal program outcomes are achieved.
  • Scope and drive business improvement projects, working closely with leaders and teams to drive change.
  • Regularly report and present status of business improvement initiatives to senior management and clients.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration across teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Perform comprehensive performance analysis, focusing on Safety, Community, Environment, Quality, Time, Cost, Self-Perform, and Maintenance Performance.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business, or Project or Program Management qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading Business Performance & Improvement teams, ideally in large-scale infrastructure programs.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to bring people on the journey.
  • Good understanding of systems development/implementation process and managing the interface between Operations, Project Controls, and Technology.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills for lead and lag trend analysis. Experience working with Power BI, InEight, P6 will be highly regarded.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with both Contractor and Client side will be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to zoom in and out as required.
