Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the software lifecycle for our clients, with a primary focus on Cisco.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance to clients throughout the agreement duration, and maximizing profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes
  • Knowledge and understanding of other software vendors solutions
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service environment
  • Experience with and an understanding of agreement lifecycle stages
  • Demonstrated ability to engage proactively with clients to support sales specialists achieve on-time renewals and maximize growth opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across client organizations
  • Ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services
  • Knowledge of vendor technology including core functionality and features, and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills to identify growth and expansion opportunities
