Software Lifecycle Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our software agreement lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software licensing schemes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software agreements with clients to ensure timely renewals and maximum growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of Cisco software programs and technology.
  • Experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive engagement with clients to support sales specialists achieve on time renewals and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organisations.
  • Ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services.
