And we're looking for someone who wants in at the startup stage—someone who sees the upside, takes ownership, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

What You'll Be Doing:This is a hybrid role across sales, project coordination, compliance, and growth. You'll be:Managing inbound leads and building strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and developers.Setting and confirming site inspections with our demolisher.Sending quotes and following up to convert jobs.Acting as the client's main point of contact throughout the project.Ensuring all compliance paperwork is submitted on time (permits, insurances, disconnections etc.).Coordinating with the demolition team to ensure jobs are delivered on schedule and to standard.Reporting on pipeline, conversions, and job status.Identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities (e.g. skips, slab prep).Helping shape our internal systems and operational workflows.

You'll Thrive If You…Have experience in project management, construction admin, or trade sales.Enjoy working directly with clients, problem solving, and closing deals.Are systems-oriented and detail-driven (you'll be managing quotes, permits, and compliance checklists).Are excited by the idea of growing with the business—this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position.Are hungry, fast-moving, and don't need your hand held.

Bonus if you…Have worked in demolition, construction, or related trades.Understand compliance requirements and permit processes in VIC.Have experience in a small business or startup environment.
