Job Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned technical professional to provide expert support and lead team members in delivering high-quality work at customer sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for Honeywell and third-party equipment.
  • Configure, diagnose faults, repair, and program building services, including HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems.
  • Load and configure software for Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
  • Manage service projects and small works, including high-level management of customers and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
  • Provide pre-sales support for implementation projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
  • Servicing, calibrations, and maintenance, including diagnoses, repairs of faults, programming, and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems.
  • Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A suitable Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic qualification advantageous.
  • 4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • DDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems.
  • Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.
  • Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.
  • Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
  • Commissioning experience – knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant.
  • NV 1 clearance essential.
  • Able to maintain Government security clearance if required.
  • You must obtain/maintain an appropriate security clearance for your customer sites.
  • You must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence.
