Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Drive project delivery and lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Oversight of multiple projects, negotiation of contracts, and development of business plans are key responsibilities.

  • Deliver high-quality services to customers while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, prepare business plans, and estimate proposal costs
  • Participate in program review meetings with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in software project delivery and customer-facing roles
  • Solid background in project management, including planning, reporting, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a numerate/scientific discipline, 5+ years of work experience in IT industry
  • Equivalent qualifications to PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA Level B/C
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written
