About This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR matters to school leaders and staff across state schools, central, and regional offices.
  • Develop and implement workforce plans, structures, and processes that meet school and department needs.
  • Support change management and build strong relationships with school leaders and other clients to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Assist with recruitment, performance management, and conflict/grievances.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies, processes, and systems to improve how we work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in HR.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with school leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, performance management, and workplace health and safety practices.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing change and supporting staff.
