Key Leadership Role: Mine Site Supervisor

This position oversees the daily operations of an on-site laboratory, ensuring seamless quality control, safety protocols, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and reporting key findings to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with environmental regulations, recording and investigating incidents, and demonstrating leadership skills in a dynamic work environment.

Effective communication is crucial for building strong relationships with employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, government agencies, neighbors, and the community.

Required skills include proficiency in MS Office, specifically basic spreadsheet functions, strong mathematical and analytical capabilities, as well as knowledge of laboratory operations.

Awareness of RII competencies for light vehicle and laboratory equipment S1, 2 & 3 G2 is also essential for success in this role.
