Program OverviewThis 6-12 month program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in areas such as facilities & maintenance, administration, metallurgical, technology, and more.
- Facilities & Maintenance:
- Groundskeeper: Maintain and enhance the grounds and gardens across our site.
- Administration:
- Processing Administration: Deliver vital admin support to the Processing team.
- Assistant to Coordinator Support Officer (Equipment): Support equipment operations by tracking requests and assisting coordinators.
- Planning Assistant: Keep vital planning documents organised and up to date.
- Training Administration: Assist the Training team with essential admin duties.
- Human Resources Administration: Drive HR success by supporting recruitment and employee record management.
- Metallurgical:
- Plant Attendant: Support the Metallurgy team with sampling and inspections.
- Technology:
- ERP Application Security Analyst: Manage ERP system access and learn from professionals.
- Project Coordinator for Data: Keep data projects on track by coordinating tasks and using tools like Excel.
- A gap year with purpose: Gain exposure to mining operations and develop valuable skills while earning.
- Be part of a community committed to safety, growth, and success.
- Flexible program lengths to tailor your experience to fit your goals.
- Full induction and on-the-job training so you'll be safe and confident.
- Be completing Year 12 in 2025.
- Live residentially in Mount Isa.
