Job Overview
We are seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for supervising laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience operating onsite laboratories, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of writing and mathematical analytical principles. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise laboratory operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and investigations.
- Develop and implement training programs for laboratory staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or physics).
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory software.
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures.
